Group Training is for you if you:
- lack motivation to workout by yourself
- want to get fit but do not know where to start
- want to workout in a friendly motivating environment
- like to lift weights and feel fit
- don’t mind working out on a weekend morning!!
Group training is one of the services which I now offer at Fashionable Fitness Gym in Scarborough.
These sessions are different every time but are usually based on multiple circuits using different equipment in a challenging yet fun way!
