1st March: We have between 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day on average.
2nd: Your solar plexus is located in your abdomen. It is also thought of as the third chakra and is said to be the core of our identity, personality and ego.

Can you tell I have been googling places to potentially visit on holiday this summer?!
I have really been enjoying my headspace journey and have written more about it here, it is during this that I had to find out where your solar plexus is as we are told to focus on it on numerous different occasions.
I finished my book on Hygge, and have started a new one called The Chimp Paradox, I have heard so many great things about this book so I am looking forward to getting my teeth into it and learning!
